Terms of Purchase

These terms of purchase apply to the sale of goods and services on heyscent.co ("the website"), which is provided by Elevate Digital Media AB, Fagerstagatan 58, 163 53 Stockholm, organization number 559416-7792 ("Heyscent", "the company", "we", "our" or "us"). These terms of purchase constitute the entire agreement between you as a customer and us as a company.

Elevate Digital Media AB, organization number 559416-7792, is the owner of heyscent.co. Contact details and additional information about the company are available on the website.

Only private individuals over the age of 18 residing in Sweden may make purchases on the website. For more information about the company and contact details, please visit our website.

 

1. General

1.1 These terms of purchase apply when you as a consumer place orders from Heyscent.co. By placing an order on Heyscent.co, you accept the terms published at the time as set out below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details regarding products, price, billing and delivery address. If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact our customer service. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that an incorrect email address was entered during the order process, or that the order confirmation was automatically sorted into the Spam folder.

1.2 When placing orders on Heyscent.co, a purchase agreement is entered into between you and us. The agreement is concluded in Swedish. Purchase agreements are archived and kept available to the customer. In order to make a purchase, you must accept these terms of purchase. By completing a purchase, you accept Heyscent's terms of purchase on Heyscent.co and commit to complying with the terms of purchase in their entirety. 1.3 To place an order on Heyscent.co, you as a customer must be at least 18 years of age, as we do not accept credit purchases by persons under 18 years of age in accordance with Swedish law. If you are under 18 years of age, the consent of a legal guardian is required before you place an order. We reserve the right to modify or reject an order under certain circumstances (e.g., if the customer has provided incorrect personal information).

1.4 We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as sold-out products. Examples of this include errors in product descriptions, product technical specifications, ingredient lists, instructions for use, incorrect prices or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. This also includes incorrect prices resulting from manual handling errors or technical errors. Heyscent.co has the right to correct any errors and to change the information at any time if errors are discovered. All images should primarily be regarded as illustrations and therefore cannot be guaranteed to exactly represent the actual appearance of the product.

1.5 Heyscent.co as a store and website is owned by Elevate Digital Media AB. The content on the website is owned by Elevate Digital Media AB, our partners or their licensors.

 

2. Prices

2.1 When placing an order on Heyscent.co, the prices displayed on the website at the time of the order apply. Our prices on Heyscent.co are stated in Swedish kronor. At Checkout, you can see the total price including VAT, any applicable fees, and deducted discounts. Prices do not include any shipping fees or payment fees, which are stated separately in a clear manner before the customer completes the order.

 

3. Campaigns and offers

3.1 Heyscent.co may, during certain periods and under certain circumstances, offer campaigns & discount codes that may entail more favorable prices or terms than those set out in these terms of purchase. This may include, for example, an extended right of withdrawal. Such terms apply for the duration of the campaign or offer and cover the specific products included in the campaign or offer. We reserve the right to revoke these at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a campaign or offer, these terms of purchase apply without modification. Offers on specific products are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

 

4. Payment methods

4.1 The customer may pay using the methods indicated in connection with the order. To make the payment as smooth and secure as possible, we cooperate with Qliro. Through Qliro, we offer invoice payment, installment payment, account payment, card payment and direct payment. For Qliro's full terms and conditions, click on Installment & Campaign, Trustly or SEKKI. For enhanced security, we use 3D-Secure, which is a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for online payments. A credit check may be performed for credit purchases, in which case you will be informed accordingly. Heyscent reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods and to change the selected payment method if it does not work at the time of order or if the customer is not approved for the selected payment method. If invoice is selected as the payment method, the invoice will be sent by email to the email address you provided when placing the order. The option of a paper invoice sent by mail is available for a fee, typically 29 SEK.

 

5. Shipping and delivery

5.1 Heyscent.co delivers only within Sweden.

5.2 Orders received before 13:30 are usually shipped the same day. The delivery time thereafter is 1-3 business days depending on the selected shipping method and postal code. Unfortunately, we cannot influence any delays caused by the shipping carrier. In the event of such delivery delays, we continue to monitor the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery is unreasonably delayed, and this is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

5.3 Please verify that the delivery details such as address and phone number are correct before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change these details after the order has been packed & shipped. It is always your responsibility as the customer to provide correct information when completing the order.

5.4 If your order is to be collected at a service point, you will receive a notification describing where and when the package is to be collected. The package must be collected within the time specified in the notification, which depends on the shipping option you choose. Notification may be sent via email, SMS or regular mail. The package is collected in person with the parcel ID and valid identification. If you have lost the parcel ID or have questions about the collection, please contact us at hi@Heyscent.co

5.5 At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping carriers. Current prices for the different shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. All time references refer to non-holiday weekdays.

Postnord Service Point

If you choose the shipping method "MyPack", the package will be sent to a service point and presentation of identification is required upon collection. The delivery time is 1-2 business days and you will receive a tracking number from us when the order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can track the package on the Postnord website. You will also receive an SMS notification from Postnord when the package has been delivered to your selected service point.

Postnord Home Delivery

If you choose the shipping method "Postnord Home Delivery" – the package is delivered to your mailbox as a first option. If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it will instead be left at your front door. When selecting this shipping method, you as the customer are responsible for the shipment from the time Postnord has delivered and registered the delivery. The delivery time is 1-2 business days.

NOTE! Remember to collect your package on time. If the package is returned to us as an uncollected package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 199 SEK to cover fees and administrative costs.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 If you wish to withdraw from your purchase or any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days after you have received the products in question. This is in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen). You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase regardless of the reason by notifying us at hi@Heyscent.co. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken seal that cannot suitably be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Return conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and sealed. If the seal has been broken or the product has been used, we may deduct a depreciation fee, up to 100% of the product's value.
  • The return shipping costs 50 SEK, which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6.2 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear and unambiguous message regarding your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement (e.g., by email). For smooth handling, we recommend that you email us at hi@Heyscent.co or use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal, which you can find here. For efficient handling, you need to provide your order number, reason for return and contact details so that we can identify your return. To exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient that you send your message stating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If the order number is not included with the return, this may result in a longer processing time and an additional cost of 49 SEK, as it is difficult to register the return correctly.

6.3 If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments made for the relevant order excluding the delivery costs incurred (note that additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer are not included). The refund will be made without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you. We will normally use the same payment method for the refund as you yourself used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

6.4 You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

6.5 When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned undamaged. Please note that as the sender of the return package, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods have reached us — therefore, we recommend that you send the goods in a traceable and insured manner. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6.6 The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods are in substantially unchanged condition. As a customer, you have the right to inspect the goods, but you may not break seals or try the product, as it then cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal therefore ceases when you break the seal. Seal also refers to technical tamper-evident closures.

 

7. Return and complaint instructions

7.1 Please contact customer service at hi@Heyscent.co before returning any product, regardless of the reason, for instructions and efficient case handling. When you wish to make a complaint about a shipment, it is important that you have saved the original packaging as well as the product packaging. The packaging must be able to be photographed and sent to us upon request so that we can investigate the matter further. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you make a return. If you have received a damaged product in your order, you file a complaint. In case of any allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you test your new product on a small area (e.g., the wrist) and wait 24 hours to see if you experience any reaction. Each order is entitled to one free return.

7.2 If your complaint is made in a timely manner and a defect in the product exists under the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), we will send out a new product. If we are unable to replace the product for any reason, we will refund what you have paid for the product. If the defect is of significant importance to you, you always have the right to cancel the purchase.

7.3 After a registered return or complaint inquiry, you will be contacted by email with further instructions regarding your case. Under the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint with us within a reasonable time (however, no more than three years). If you wish to file a complaint about a product, you should do so within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the defect by contacting us. The defect should normally be an original defect and not caused by improper use or handling of the goods. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been made in a timely manner.

7.4 We at Heyscent.co reserve the right to receive the product you wish to file a complaint about in order to examine and handle the complaint. In the event of a complaint, we will send you a return label. If the complaint is denied, you as the customer will be charged for the shipping cost back to you, which is 65 SEK. This amount will be added to your invoice, deducted from the refund, or charged according to the payment method you used.

If the complaint is approved, we will get back to you by email with a solution regarding a replacement product or a refund.

7.5 If you receive a damaged or opened carton upon delivery, contact us immediately, no later than 2 days after receiving the delivery. Damaged packaging or a damaged product must be photographed and sent to us together with the remaining information about your complaint. Please note that the damaged packaging or damaged product must be kept until the complaint has been resolved and you have received a response from us.

Mark the shipment with your order number. Please note that we do not collect returns sent by cash on delivery or registered mail without prior notification. The customer is responsible for sending the return package with tracking.

 

8. Uncollected packages

8.1 In connection with uncollected packages, costs arise such as picking, packing, return shipping, handling fees, etc. that we need to pay to third parties such as shipping carriers. For this reason, we charge a fee of 199 SEK including VAT if a package is not collected, to cover a portion of these costs.

8.2 Depending on the postal service point, the package remains for 7-14 days before it is returned to us as uncollected. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase and do not want to pay this fee, you should notify the postal service point that you "refuse delivery", or alternatively collect the package and then return it to us as described under "Right of withdrawal".

 

9. Disputes

9.1 We always strive to ensure that you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase. If you have complaints or claims against us, we are happy to receive these through our customer service. We ask that you send an email to hi@Heyscent.co. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN). The National Board for Consumer Disputes can be reached either via their website www.arn.se or at the address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm.

9.2 If your claim or complaint has arisen in connection with an online purchase, there is also the option of using the EU's online dispute resolution platform. The EU's online platform can be reached at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Please note that if you submit a complaint via this platform, the case will automatically be forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body.

9.3 Any dispute concerning the application or interpretation of these terms of purchase shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and resolved by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).

 

10. Amendments to the terms of purchase

10.1 Heyscent reserves the right to make amendments to the terms of purchase.

Although we aim to ensure that we only link to websites that share our policies, Heyscent is not responsible for the protection, confidentiality and information, including personal data, that customers provide on other websites.
